The material uniformity, with all three animal figures carved from rock crystal, creates a homogeneous visual impression. The figurative elements differ only in their cut variations, not in color changes.

The rock crystal cluster base with parallel quartz points extends the material uniformity; the entire piece is a study in transparent quartz with exclusively figurative-sculptural differentiation. Brazilian workshops in Minas Gerais have been working with such mono-material composite sculptures for decades.
