Minerals are often heavy, sometimes very fragile and, in collector formats, genuinely large. Our shipping is set up for all of it, from a single bag of tumbled stones to a geode weighing tonnes.
Standard parcel
Standard range items up to 31.5 kg. Free shipping from an order value of 100 euros within Germany, otherwise a flat rate of 5.90 euros. Tracking link by email after shipping.
Large pieces
Geodes, sculptures and gallery formats from 31.5 kg go by freight with a firmly arranged delivery day. Installation service on request.
International
EU shipping without customs formalities. Outside the EU with individual calculation. Insured DHL Express or fine-art freight for collector's pieces.
We pack every piece so that it comes through transport just as it stands in our warehouse. Small formats in natural wood wool and a double-wall box. Medium formats in a custom-made cushioning chamber with a reinforced outer box. Collector's geodes from 20 kg on special pallets with bracing and lashing straps. On request we document the packaging with photos before shipping, free of charge.
Frequently asked questions about shipping
Within Germany we ship free of charge from an order value of 100 euros. Below that we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros (DHL parcel). For large pieces over 31.5 kg or oversized items, shipping is by freight; those costs are calculated individually and confirmed with you before shipping.
Standard range items in Germany: 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation. Collector's pieces and unique items are packed by hand and need an additional working day. EU shipping: 3 to 6 working days. Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 5 to 8 working days including customs clearance. Freight for large pieces: 5 to 10 working days by appointment.
Yes. EU countries without customs formalities at standard shipping rates. To Switzerland, the United Kingdom and outside the EU with individual calculation and customs support. For pieces over 1,000 euros in value we recommend insured DHL Express or a specialised fine-art freight service.

All shipments are insured against breakage and loss as standard. For pieces over 5,000 euros in value, the insurance runs via a separate transport policy with a dedicated certificate. We bear the insurance premium, at no extra cost to you.
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the packaging and the damaged piece. We settle the claim with the transport insurer and arrange a replacement or refund, without you having to contact the insurer yourself.
Yes. As soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, you receive the tracking number by email with a direct link to the shipment status. For freight by appointment, our shipping team coordinates the delivery day with you by phone.
Self-collection at our main location is possible by appointment. For large pieces or collector formats, collection is the simplest solution because you can inspect the piece directly and take it in person.
