Frequently asked questions about payment
Yes. All payments run via Shopify Payments or the respective provider (PayPal, Klarna) with end-to-end encryption. Credit card details never leave our servers; they are processed directly in the PCI-DSS-certified payment backend. 3D Secure is standard.
Credit card: at shipping. PayPal and Klarna: at order confirmation. SEPA direct debit: one working day after shipping confirmation. Prepayment: you transfer the amount yourself, and shipping follows once payment is received.
Purchase by invoice is possible via Klarna up to 30 days after receipt (subject to Klarna's check per order). Business customers are best to write to us directly for individual terms, by WhatsApp or email.
Yes. The invoice, with VAT shown separately, comes with the shipping confirmation by email as a PDF.
In the case of a cancellation before shipping, the amount already paid is refunded within 1 to 3 working days via the original payment method. With Klarna, the cancellation runs directly through the Klarna customer account.
