Citrine Sphere

A citrine sphere from Zambia, polished all around. The warm gold to honey hue is characteristic of Zambian material and belongs to the naturally colored citrine varieties.

Citrine (SiO₂) is the yellow-golden variety of quartz. In Zambia, the color is geologically created by natural heating in the deposit, without subsequent heat treatment of the rough stone.

Each sphere is a unique piece and differs slightly in color, clarity, and grain from the reference images. The spherical shape is a classic gallery variant with a calm, readable aesthetic.
